Most people don’t have it in them to be able to lose 40 pounds in two months.
That is extremely short time to be able to that amount of weight. Usually if you want to be able to lose this amount of weight you’re going to have to be substantially overweight by 150 pounds or more.
If you are only overweight by 40 pounds or something then you’re probably not going to be able to lose it in this amount of time.
Logic says that the more overweight that you are the easier time that you’re going to be able to lose weight.
Regardless of your situation if you’re following some of the information below you’re going to be able to see some results and start shedding some pounds. In order to make this amount of weight you’re going to have to eat a lot less and eat a lot healthier.

What You Need to Do
1) Eating Healthy
You really want to focus on your diet. If you are focusing on your diet you’re going to get the most out of your weight loss. It just so happens that your diet is going to be fully responsible for how much weight you end up losing. You could work out all day, but if you have the worst diet in the world that you’re not going to see near as good results.
In terms of what you should be eating you should really only stick to white meats, rice, beans salads, fruits, and vegetables. Only sticking to these foods are really going to help limit the amount of calories in fast that you’re putting into your body. You really are going to want to rid of all the other food outside of these.
2) Don’t Overeat
A big reason that people get as large as they do is because they’re overheating. You are putting in additional calories into your body that you do not need. In order to prevent this you need to be a lot slower and then once your stomach is starting to feel content you should stop eating.
3) How Much to Workout?
You will want to work out about five times a week for 45 minutes in each session. You want to make sure that you’re only doing cardio exercises because this is good what’s going to help you lose the most weight. A cardio exercise candy walking, running, bicycle, or elliptical.
4) Motivation Problems!
You really want to make sure that you don’t have any motivation issues. If you can’t stay committed to the program in you’re not to be able to meet your goal. That is the last thing we want to have happen.
