I just want to start off his article by saying that losing 40 pounds in five months is a pretty good goal to have. For starters, it is in what is considered the national weight loss range of 1 – 3 pounds per week.
This is the weight loss that is recommended from doctors and other experts in the field. This range of weight loss is good because you will not have to completely starve your self and you will be able to keep off the weight in the future a lot easier then if you lose a lot at once.
What you should be doing to hit your goal is altering your diet. The diet is the most important part of the whole process. When you have a good diet injury eat healthy you can naturally lose weight. This is great because you’re not going to have to crush it in the gym like a lot of people tend to think that they need to do when they’re trying to lose weight.
There are some instances where people will go to the gym for hours on end but they will not alter their diet and they will not see the results that they’re looking for. If there’s one thing that you take away from this page is that the diet is incredibly important.
During your weight loss journey I strongly recommend that you off your diet for maximum results. If you are able to stick to the following foods you should be able to see some good results. The foods are salad, vegetables, fruits, seafood, and white meats.
The next step aside from your diet is controlling how much you eat of it. The big problem that people get into is that they overeat. This happens when you’re eating too fast. Your body doesn’t have time to tell your brand that you are full. So you just keep stuffing your face in then end up having like your stomach is about to explode. You want to prevent this by all means. One way to prevent this is by eating slowly. You will then only eat until you’re feeling content. Then you need to stop eating.
Last but not least, you’re really going to need to stay committed. Five months is a long time and I’ll be honest with you… Most of you reading this are not going to make it. You’re probably going to take the advice perhaps here or maybe another website that you’ve read and stop doing that advice after a couple of days. Some of you might even lasting months, But majority of people drowned out after a week or two.
