I’m going to tell you right now that losing 45 pounds and only two months is ridiculously hard. You have to lose 22.5 pounds each and every month. This is significantly higher than what doctors in weight-loss experts recommend. They say you really should only be losing about 8-10 pounds maximum in a month… You don’t need to know math too well to know that this is more than 2x what you’d need to lose to hit your goal.
I would recommend a much more feasible goals such as 45 pounds in four months. If you are really needing it go into months it can be done. You’re just really going to be starving yourself though and that is never something I recommend doing.
What it also boils down to is your current weight. If you’re someone who is only 45 pounds overweight then it’s going to be very hard to lose it in two months. If you’re someone who is hundred 50 pounds overweight then losing 45 pounds is something that is definitely possible in two months time range.
My Tips and Tricks
1) Gotta Eat Healthy
My number one recommendation is that you need to change your diet and start to eat healthy. You cannot continue to eat the same horrible foods that got you this place. What you need to do is only stick two white meats, seafood, fruits, and vegetables. When you’re sticking to those foods you’re going to be able to naturally lose weight because you’re limiting the calories that are going into your body. Additionally these foods are not high in fat.
2) Do You HAVE to workout?
You might be surprised by my answer here. But if you are eating healthy and sticking to this foods then you probably wouldn’t have to work out in order to reach your goal. Thank you away lost lies naked diet. That’s not to say working out can’t help you a lot, because he can’t. If you were cobbling working out with eating healthy then you’re going to get phenomenal results in faster. But it is not the end all be all.
Getting motivation to be really difficult. But it is a necessity because the motivation is something that is going to encourage you to stay committed. We don’t want you to go on this program and then just drop off a day or two later. Find somewhere where you can drop motivation from.
