Congratulations! You picked a really good goal to have. What You Should Do
1) Significantly Alter Your Diet
My number one recommendation is that you need to alter your diet. Your diet is probably would’ve got you overweight in the first place. You need to stop eating a lot of the foods that you are. I recommend going to your diet and deciding which foods you should keep and which ones you should eliminate. Or you could do better and only stick to the following foods. Seafood, white meats, vegetables, fruits. If you were a stick to those whose you’re going to see some incredible results in just a couple of weeks.
2) No More Over Eating
Another issue that a lot of people have is over eating. It when you over eat you are only putting unnecessary calories into your body. It is much better if you eat slowly and give your stomach some time to tell you that is full. Once you are content then you can stop eating and prevents you from taking in the additional calories.
3) About Working Out
Almost all the weight loss is going to come from your diet in what you were eating. That is not to say that you shouldn’t be working out. Doing cardio exercises can’t really help your Weight loss journey. It is going to help you meet your goal faster and you are going to feel better about yourself.
I recommend doing cardio exercises such as bicycling, elliptical, walking, running, dancing, etc…. Anything that is going get you breaking a sweat. Do this for about 30 or 45 minutes, 5-6 times a week and you’ll be looking great in no time!
