I’m just going to be blunt with you guys… losing 60 pounds in just four months is going to be really difficult. Most of the people who are reading this are not going to be able to do it. And it has nothing to do with you not being on the right program for staying committed, but rather that it is almost physically impossible to do it in this amount of time.
The only people who are really going to view to come close to achieving this or actually achieving this goal are those who are about 250+ pounds overweight. If you or someone who is eighty pounds overweight and wants to lose 60, then it is going to be really difficult. The reason being is that the closer that you come to a healthy weight, the harder it is going to be to lose that weight.
For the record though comments also not a good idea to lose weight super quick. If you lose the weight really quickly then chances are you’re going to just put that weight back on once you start to eat food again.
A better goal to have is something like 60 pounds in 6 – 12 months.

I’m really going to encourage you tonight just going to diet or something like that. But rather, to just live a healthier lifestyle in general. Being overweight can lead to a lot of health complications down the road. Therefore it’s really important that you stay healthy ways that you can live as long as possible. There are a couple things that you really need to do it in order to make a healthy lifestyle change that is going to result in you losing weight.
1 – Healthy Eating
The first of the two is eating healthy. You’ve probably knew this in the back of your head that in order to lose weight you’re probably going to need to eat a little bit better. Something you probably didn’t know though, is that your diet is the portion that is going to make or break whether you see good results or not. If you kept your same eating habits and just put working out in the picture then you’re not necessarily going to lose a bunch of weight. The weight loss is really going to come from your diet.
First things first, you’re going to want to eliminate a lot of the crap that she eat, as well as implement the following foods: White meats, seafood, salads, fruits, and veggies. If you only stuck to those foods you going to see some phenomenal results.
2 – Working Out
I highly recommend working out during this time. You’re going to see a lot better result in faster results at that. I recommend doing cardio and strength training about five days a week. I was do probably 30 minutes of cardio 30 minutes of the strength training.
